How to Complete Your Nomination

To help our judges select the finalists, we kindly ask you to provide as much information as possible about your nomination. Please fill in the form below with the following details:

A Brief Biography – Tell us about yourself and your background.
Why You Were Nominated – Describe the impact of your work and why you deserve to be recognised.
Supporting Evidence – Upload photos, videos, or any links to projects, news articles, or testimonials.
A Recent Photo of Yourself – This may be used for promotional purposes if you are selected as a finalist.

What Happens Next?

Once you submit your details, The public will then have the opportunity to vote for their favourites, and the final winner will be decided by our judges. Our panel of expert judges will carefully review all nominations. If you are selected as a finalist, you will receive a confirmation email along with a finalist pack containing further details.
